Kalives is a touristic settlement with a large beach in the bay of Kassandra.In the area of Kalives there is a place called Molivopirgos. This area has been identified as a settlement of the Bronze Age.
Kalives hosts 1136 inhabitants on a permanent basis and is located 16 miles away from Poligiros, the capitol of Halkidiki.
Located on the Sithonia peninsula – within the Kalyves district, the maisonnettes are 100m from the village center, 4km from Gerakini village resort, 15km from Nea Moudania town resort and Metamorphosis village resort, 22km from Nikiti district resort and 60km from “Macedonia” International Airport, Thessaloniki.
